Very Good
The Robot gimmick was fun, and it was easy to get a human staff member if needed. The room itself was actually big by Japanese room standards and was pretty comfortable. Very near Kyoto train station.
The "robot" access was only at the desk, unlike some of the same chain in Tokyo that also has a robot restaurant etc. It was pretty basic other than that.

I like the hotel and specially the location very close to train station and tourist spot like the castle and tower.
The reception even it's automated you still need people to guide when they check in. But over all it's a good stay.

THIS IS A SELF SERVICE HOTEL. IF YOU DONT WANT HUMAN INTERACIONS, THIS IS THE HOTEL FOR YOU
Humans available to support us. Humans don't try to engage with customers. Room is nice and modern. I like the bath room been separated from the toilet
Dinosaur were waste of space and money. They do not engage with customers. They do nothing but bob up and down and say a few words. You cant ask of them any questions. Basically a self service check-in hotel. Can't use phone to pay for accommodation. Need actual cards or cash There is a microwave with a drink vending machine- not inviting at all Fridge is so tiny. Forget trying to bring some food back for breakfast the next day as they wont fit in the tiniest of fridge space they provide
